Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 16, 2026
Velocity Point, LLC ("Revenue Point," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website revenue-point.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services.
Information We Collect
We may collect information about you in a variety of ways, including:
- Personal Data: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and other contact information you voluntarily provide.
- Usage Data: Browser type, operating system, access times, pages viewed, and the referring URL.
- Device Data: Information about the device you use to access our services.
- Customer Lead Data: If you are a customer, the lead lists and contact records you upload to Revenue Point for reactivation campaigns.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our performance-based database reactivation services
- Communicate with you about your account or our services
- Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages
- Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities
- Detect, investigate, and prevent security incidents
Customer Lead Data — Processor Role
When you upload a lead list for reactivation, Revenue Point acts as a data processor on your behalf under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) service-provider framework and its state-law equivalents (including the Virginia VCDPA, Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA, Utah UCPA, Texas TDPSA, and Oregon OCPA). We do not sell, share, or independently market to your leads; reactivated leads remain your contacts. We process lead data solely to perform the reactivation services you have engaged us for, and we retain that data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. Customers acting as a "business" or "controller" under these statutes can request a written data-processing addendum at privacy@revenue-point.com before uploading any list.
SMS and Messaging Consent (TCPA)
When you provide your phone number through a Revenue Point form and check the consent box, you give Revenue Point your prior express written consent under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA, 47 U.S.C. § 227) and applicable state-law equivalents (including the Washington CEMA, Florida FTSA, and Oklahoma OTSA) to send recurring SMS messages related to your inquiry, demo, or account — including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency: typically 1–5 messages per inquiry; ongoing account messages while you are an active customer. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time and we will stop sending. For help: reply HELP, or email support@revenue-point.com. Carrier-supported keywords (STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT) are honored automatically.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Revenue Point sends only from numbers registered under our A2P 10DLC campaign with The Campaign Registry; the registered Brand and use case are available on request.
Cookies and Analytics
We use a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function (session, anti-forgery, and consent-state cookies); these cannot be disabled. We may also enable third-party analytics and advertising trackers when our marketing activity warrants them — specifically:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — if enabled, used for aggregated visit, page-view, and conversion analytics, with IP anonymization configured.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — if enabled, used for conversion measurement and ad-audience matching when we run paid campaigns on Facebook or Instagram.
Whether GA4 and the Meta Pixel are loaded on a given page depends on configuration; both are off by default and only become active when their respective measurement IDs are provisioned for the site. You can verify which trackers are running on this page using your browser's developer tools (Network panel) or extensions such as the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. If GA4 or the Meta Pixel are loaded, you can opt out via your browser settings, the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or your Meta ad preferences. You can also email privacy@revenue-point.com with privacy-related questions or requests. We do not knowingly track users under 18.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. To the extent that loading the Meta Pixel (when enabled) constitutes "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under CCPA/CPRA, you can submit an opt-out request by emailing privacy@revenue-point.com with the subject line "Do Not Share." We are working toward server-side honoring of the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal; until that's deployed sitewide, the email opt-out is the authoritative channel for CCPA/CPRA requests.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, messaging delivery, and customer support.
Data Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us at privacy@revenue-point.com to exercise these rights.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
