Eight steps. Zero upfront cost.
From the first Zoom to closed revenue, here’s what working with Revenue Point actually looks like — and what we handle so your team doesn’t have to.
Most lead-gen agencies ask you to pay upfront for leads that might never close. We flip the model. You send us the leads you’ve already written off, we do the work of waking them up, and we only get paid when your team closes revenue that wouldn’t have happened otherwise.
Here’s every step of the partnership, start to finish.
First conversation
You send us a short note or book a demo. We respond within one business day with a few qualifying questions: roughly how many leads are in your database, what you sell, and what your sales process looks like today. No sales pitch yet — we’re just checking it’s a fit.
Live demo, 30 minutes
A Zoom call where we show you the AI in action. You’ll see it handle a real conversation, deal with objections, and book a qualified lead into a calendar — in real time, not a recorded pitch deck. Most people spend the second half of this call asking questions.
Sign a simple partnership
If it’s a fit, we send a short agreement. No upfront cost, no minimum term, no hidden fees. It defines the revenue split (or the per-appointment fee, if that fits your niche better) and what each side commits to. You can walk away any time.
We configure the AI for your niche
You send us a CSV of the leads you’ve given up on. We configure the AI with your company’s voice, your typical objections, your qualifying questions, and your sales team’s calendar. Time to live: about 48 hours. We handle all the compliance work — carrier registration, consent language, opt-out handling — so nothing breaks on day one.
AI wakes up your old leads
The AI sends a personalized SMS to each lead — conversational, not a blast. When someone replies, the AI picks up the conversation: answers questions, handles objections, qualifies them against the criteria you set. It never pretends to be human, but it also never sounds like a bot. Most partners see reply rates in the 30–50% range on leads their team had already written off.
Qualified leads book calls automatically
When a lead is ready to talk to a human, the AI sends them your calendar link and they pick a time. The appointment lands directly in your sales team’s calendar with the full conversation history attached — so your closer walks into the call already knowing what the lead wants.
Your team closes. We split revenue.
You close the deals the way you always have. We invoice per the partnership — a percentage of closed revenue, a fixed fee per booked appointment, or a hybrid. Either way, we only get paid on outcomes you’d never have had otherwise. If the AI doesn’t produce, you don’t pay.
Scale up
Once the reactivation campaign proves itself, most partners extend the AI to fresh leads as they come in (Speed-to-Lead), after-hours inquiries (Out-of-Hours), or document collection (for partners whose sales process involves forms or intake packets). Same model: you only pay when it works.
Run your own numbers.
Set your database size, average sale value, close rate, and deal flavor — we’ll show you what a Revenue Point engagement is likely to produce, and how the split works on either pricing model. Numbers update as you type.
Old, dead, uncontacted — whatever you’d hand us.
Revenue or commission — whichever you actually keep.
Of booked appointments — honest number, not aspirational.
Based on Wardrope’s published DBR benchmark of ~30 booked appointments per 1,000 leads (3%). Real numbers vary by industry, list age, and offer — we’ll re-run this with your actual data on the demo.
These numbers look interesting? Book a 15-min Coffee Date and we’ll show you exactly how this works in your industry.
Book Now →Everything technical, so your team doesn’t have to.
Carrier registration + compliance
10DLC registration, opt-out keywords, state-by-state SMS rules, quiet hours — all handled end to end.
Prompt engineering per niche
The AI’s conversation is tuned to your industry, your voice, and your actual objection patterns.
Lead hygiene + dedup
Phone number normalization, deduplication, federal DNC scrub, internal suppression lists.
Calendar + CRM wiring
Appointments flow into the tools your sales team already uses — no new software to learn.
The fastest way to see it is to see it.
Book a 30-minute demo. We’ll show you the AI working on a sample database, answer every question, and you’ll know within the call whether it’s a fit.
No commitment. No pressure. Just a coffee date over Zoom.
